Optimized Mid-Ride Carry

Mid-ride carry is the preferred setup for shooters running body armor or chest-mounted equipment, and the MHA was designed with that in mind. It drops the pistol just low enough to clear armor and pouches while maintaining excellent draw ergonomics. Whether you're on the range or in the field, it puts your sidearm exactly where you need it.

The MHA fits all Safariland™ 3-hole pattern holsters as well as other brands that use the same proven mounting method. It also supports the industry’s most common quick-detach systems, including:

Fully Adjustable Cant and Height
