Product Details

PewView put his name on this one because it does what a hand stop should do and nothing else. The PewStop suits competitive shooters chasing a repeatable setup, professionals who need a control point that survives a duty cycle, and anyone building a rifle who wants the ergonomics dialed in before the range trip. Pick your slot, run it as a front stop or a rear brace, and leave the rest of the handguard clean.

Description

The PewStop is a compact M-LOK handstop built in collaboration with PewView, the competitive shooter and YouTuber. It takes up a single M-LOK slot on your handguard and gives the support hand a fixed reference point, so your hand placement repeats from the first shot to the last without you looking down at the rifle. The body is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in Type III Mil-Spec hard coat anodize, the same material and finish package that runs across the rest of the GripStop line. At 0.9 ounces, it adds firearm control without unnecessary bulk, and the low-profile shape keeps the rest of your rail section open for a light, a sling mount, or nothing at all. The rear face gives you a surface to load against cover, so the same minimal control accessory that indexes your hand also works as a rear barricade stop.

Mounting takes one M-LOK slot and the included hardware: an M-LOK nut and a 10-24 x 5/16 screw, torqued down for a rock-solid connection to the rail. If this is your first M-LOK part, the True North instructional videos walk through the M-LOK installation process step by step.

The PewStop seats in aluminum M-LOK rail sections and in the M-LOK slots on Magpul polymer handguards, so it drops onto most modern rifle builds without an adapter. Shooters who want a different footprint can look at the GripStop S2, the GripStop K2, the GripStop Reach for handguards with obstructed slots, or the GripStop Picatinny for rifles running Picatinny rails. For a forward grip with adjustable cant instead of a hand stop, the Zero-8 M-LOK covers that end of the lineup.

The PewStop is machined in the USA and comes in Black and Earth Brown as a collaboration run rather than a catalog staple. Spare mounting hardware is available through the M-LOK Spare Hardware Kit if you move the handstop between builds.
