The True North Concepts TQ Mount is an ambidextrous tourniquet holster built for officers and operators who carry life-saving equipment on the same belt as their sidearm. Developed at the request of the U.S. Coast Guard and in collaboration with Quantico Tactical, the TQ Mount gives you a rigid, low profile platform for a North American Rescue CAT Gen 7 tourniquet, a SOF tourniquet, or any standard combat application tourniquet. The body is machined from U.S.-made stainless steel and finished in black Cerakote®, so it holds up to corrosion, abrasion, and the grit of rugged LE and military duty when seconds matter.
At a low profile footprint, the TQ Mount keeps your loadout clean without giving up rapid, easy access in high-stress situations. The slim, snag-free profile sits the tourniquet tight against your holster so you can move, sit in a vehicle, or work around a plate carrier or compatible vest without the unit catching on gear or belt mounted accessories.
The TQ Mount is fully ambidextrous and installs on either side of your holster for left or right hand draw. It bolts directly to the Safariland 3-hole pattern, fitting Safariland holsters like the 6354 and 6390 series, and integrates with the True North Concepts MHA, drop leg shroud, and battle belt rigs. Offset adjustability lets you dial in the spacing between the mount and your pistol belt, duty belt, or outer belt, giving you numerous mounting options across duty, range, and tactical loadouts.
The minimalist design works as a tourniquet holder for a hard-sided tourniquet case or a tourniquet pouch with elastic retention, keeping the windlass clip and any medical identifier patch within easy reach. Tourniquet and tourniquet case are not included, so you can pair the TQ Mount with the rigid TQ case or pouch you already trust.
